I have over 300 houseplants, most of which I ordered online. This company takes the cake with terrible customer service. They sent me a teeny plant with no roots that looked like it got ate by a grasshopper. It continued to rot and brown and I emailed the company FIVE times with no response. I spent $50 on the plant alone, not including shipping and they can't even bother to respond. Terrible service. Terrible plants. WILL NEVER order from here again. Buyer beware!
